Soil testing, footing design and structural engineering for townhouse development
In 2019, VHP Consulting Engineers conducted soil testing for a 2 and 3-storey townhouse development in Pascoe Vale. Additionally, we were also responsible for the structural engineering and footing design on this project.
The site was being developed by Shape Homes, and contains 21 dwellings; a combination of 2 and 3 storey townhouses.
